How We Work Together

Step 1: Outcome Diagnostic

We start with a brief assessment to see if we’re aligned and to identify exactly where you need to focus. There’s no sales pitch involved—just a direct look at whether my approach is the right fit for your specific goals.

Step 2: Defining the Advisory Framework

We don’t start working until we agree on how we work. Based on our initial assessment, I propose one of three ways forward:

  • Discretionary Advisory:
    You hire me to make the calls. Within agreed parameters, I assess and direct. This is for clients who value speed and trust my judgment to handle the process start-to-finish.

  • Performance-Based Mandate:
    We define a specific finish line—a physical transformation, a business restructuring, or an image overhaul. The engagement is built entirely around hitting that target within a set timeframe. Success is measured by the result, period.

  • Strategic Retainer:
    This is a long-term partnership with no fixed boundaries. You have priority access to my expertise across all domains—business, performance, and image—whenever the need arises.

Step 3: Strategic Design

Once we have a framework, I build the roadmap. This is where we turn findings into a specific, sequenced plan.

  • For individuals: We map out the changes to your physique, your image, and your business logic—what happens, in what order, and how we track it.

  • For organisations: We identify what needs to be restructured or eliminated across your teams and processes, set against a firm timeline.

Step 4: Execution & Direction

This is the active phase. I provide the direction; you (or your team) handle the execution. Whether it’s fitness protocols, presence coaching, or structural business changes, I monitor every move. If we need visual assets, I produce them at Studio FPG to ensure the quality is never diluted. Our communication is direct, and my feedback is honest.

Step 5: Review & Evolution

We don't just "check in"; we hold an accountability session. We look at what worked, what didn’t, and what the data tells us. For retainer clients, this is a continuous process of refinement. For outcome-based mandates, this is the moment we determine if the target was hit and what that success unlocks next.

Step 6: Transition

Every engagement has a clear beginning and a deliberate decision point. I don’t believe in "indefinite drift." Once an objective is met, we either conclude the work or transition into a new framework for the next level of growth.

Discretion

Engagements are confidential by design. The clients I work with do not share their advisors publicly — for the same reason they don't share their legal counsel.
