A weak image, hesitant presence, unclear communication or inconsistent execution can make exceptional capability appear ordinary. Nobody explains the deduction. They simply trust you less, offer you less or choose someone else.

I diagnose the gap between your actual level and the level others perceive. Then we determine what must be corrected first.

The objective is not to improve everything. It is to remove what is making everything else worth less.

STANDING

I only advise on what I have built, tested, or operated myself.

Nearly two decades in corporate finance and Swiss private banking.

I have sat on the side that decides. I now advise the side that presents. I direct my own studio in Zürich.
