We have yet to be properly introduced; I’m Fabio.

ABOUT ME

Born in Portugal, raised in Switzerland. Nearly two decades in global finance, including a decade serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in Swiss private banking. Cross-disciplinary experience spanning finance, technology, sport, media, and fashion. Fluent in seven languages.
I built my advisory practice on what I observed across every environment I've operated in: capable leaders and organisations consistently lose access, trust, and opportunity — not because of what they lack, but because their business intelligence, physical presence, and image aren't aligned.
The signals don't match the substance. Different rooms read them differently. And no single specialist sees the full picture.
I solve that problem by advising across all three domains — business, performance, and image — as one integrated system. Because that's how I built my own life, and that's how these dimensions actually work.
I built Studio FPG in Zurich — a professional photography and production studio — to ensure that what I advise, I can execute and control directly. No outsourcing. No gap between strategy and output. And Iwork as a professional model — because I believe in being the proof of what I advise.

Earned. Not given.

I believe you can’t lead people toward standards you don’t meet yourself.

Proof before advice.

Not theorised in meetings about other people’s businesses. Tested first in a nearly 20-year corporate environment, then in a practice built from nothing.

Business

Performance

Image

I built credibility under office hours across professional, physical, and creative domains. I am not guessing from theory. I combine the layers others separate because I had to live them under real constraints.
I do not guess how something reads. I have stood in front of the lens enough times to know.
Not maintained around the work. Maintained inside it.

“I can see when the domains contradict each other.”

Strategic pillars

Image

Two careers ran on the same body, the same years: a Swiss bank by day, a camera by other hours. One demanded restraint. The other demanded presence. Both were tested by people whose job was to judge, professionally, whether it worked.
A photographer sees the image. A model feels the lens. A banker reads the room before a word is spoken. Years inside all three is what makes the read exact rather than an aesthetic opinion.

Presence, perception, visual authority

Performance

The same physical standard, held without interruption, across full corporate hours, international travel, and zero off-season — for long enough that "consistency" stopped being the right word for it.
A physique built around ideal conditions proves discipline exists. One held while a demanding career keeps taking from it proves something sharper: that the standard survives contact with a real life, the same kind your own life puts up against it.

Athletic discipline, endurance, proof

Business

Tech, finance, creative, sport — four domains that rarely sit in one record, running in parallel for nearly twenty years, including over a decade inside Swiss private banking, where capital, risk, and trust were never theoretical.
The edge isn't any one of them. It's what holds across all four: the trained eye for where they begin to contradict each other — before the gap becomes visible to anyone else, and expensive.

Judgment, structure, leverage

My advice is based strictly on what I have personally executed while navigating real personal, financial, and professional pressures.

The proof behind the proof.

Cross-domain judgment.
Banker, business analyst, trader, coder, photographer, model, semi-pro footballer — one head, not a portfolio. Every domain a person is judged on, operated from the inside: money, risk, systems, image, body, competition. Misreads live in the contradictions between domains. Correcting them requires someone who sees all of them at once, not five specialists who never compare notes.
Two decades where trust is decided before explanation.
Nearly 20 years across finance, IT, sales, and strategy. Swiss private banking since 2014, including UHNWI-facing contexts. Discretion, status, and high-value client environments are my working conditions, not case studies.
The standard is built on me first.
Corporate rooms, professional modeling, a production studio I own and operate, a physical standard maintained under demanding corporate hours. Every domain I advise on, I have executed on myself. The proof is visible before the engagement starts.
Execution, not commentary.
Websites, systems, content, visual assets, workflows — built, not briefed. Diagnosis that ends in a correction path someone actually runs.
Seven languages, one register.
English, German, Swiss German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French. Nuance across rooms and markets without translation loss.
unique selling points

Advice that hasn't been shown under pressure is just an opinion.

In high-stakes environments, you can't afford to trust outcomes built on theory alone — and I don't expect my clients to, either.
