2019

A recorded sequence of my methodical progression. No shortcuts, no repetition, no theatrics. Conducted while working full-time in private banking, averaging 12hour days, without supplements. Each session under one hour, never exceeding three per week.
Visual data — demonstration that logic, structure, and consistency surpass fashion and trend.

2020

I abandoned traditional bodybuilding routines. I stopped following generic programs and started studying movement, recovery, and adaptation myself.

Built my own system — different, but logical — and the results began to show in less than 3 months (First pic, May -- last pic, August).

2021

Maintained form year-round. No bulk, no cut — just steady output, refined nutrition, and a system that worked sustainably.

Increased volume and intake using my own method. A controlled bulk — same system, higher input — to test growth without losing definition.

Found my ideal form: balanced across functionality, aesthetics, and performance. No excess, no compromise.
