PROJECTS & MANDATES
Business · Image · Performance
The work can begin with a focused assignment and extend into broader involvement. What I take responsibility for depends on the objective, the people already involved and where my contribution is useful.
What you can involve me in.
A decision to clarify. A project to take forward. A standard to improve. An opportunity to develop.

06
I compared the recommendations against the principal’s overall objective, identified competing priorities and established a sequence of work with the relevant specialists.
01
For private clients and principals
MY INVOLVEMENT
A principal received recommendations across business, physical condition and public presentation, but needed someone with experience across these areas to assess how the decisions affected one another.
04
Physical condition rebuilt around a demanding working week.
I structured training, nutrition and recovery around the actual calendar, with routines for home, travel and disrupted weeks, then adjusted the approach as the client’s circumstances changed.
MY INVOLVEMENT
An executive wanted to improve physical condition while managing long working days, frequent travel and limited training time.
A personal project taken off the principal’s desk.
I translated the intended use into a practical brief, compared equipment and providers, coordinated installation and tested the completed setup against the agreed requirements.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A principal wanted a private space for training and content production without managing the equipment choices, suppliers and setup.
A successful person whose image had fallen behind.
I assessed how they appeared to the people they wanted to reach, prioritised changes to styling, fit, grooming and presence, and produced new portraits around the same objective.
MY INVOLVEMENT
An established professional’s clothing, grooming, photographs and public presence no longer reflected their capability or position.
02
For founders and business owners
Preparation and representation for a funding round.
I challenged the business assumptions, coordinated the pitch deck and supporting information, researched prospective investors and joined meetings within an agreed remit, managing questions and follow-up alongside the founder and specialist advisers.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A founder preparing to raise capital needed a clearer investment narrative, consistent materials and someone who could represent the business credibly in early conversations.
A partnership developed beyond the introduction.
I researched the counterpart, assessed the commercial fit, prepared the proposal and represented the owner’s priorities in meetings and follow-up across the relevant languages.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A business owner saw potential in an international partnership but lacked the time to investigate the fit and develop the conversation.
An important project without an internal owner.
I defined the brief, assigned responsibilities, coordinated providers and managed the agreed work through delivery, bringing decisions back to the founder when their involvement was required.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A founder’s launch involved external suppliers, internal decisions and new commercial material, but progress repeatedly returned to the founder’s desk.
03
For companies
One commitment. Three different interpretations.
I established what had been promised, clarified the customer’s actual requirement and translated it into agreed deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
MY INVOLVEMENT
Sales, operations and delivery understood a customer requirement differently, creating rework and uncertainty over responsibility.
Competing proposals assessed against the actual problem.
I defined the business requirement, compared the proposals on a consistent basis, challenged unnecessary complexity and briefed the selected provider on the agreed solution.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A company received software and implementation proposals that differed substantially in scope, cost and assumptions.
A hire who needed to work across functions.
Drawing on my HR, headhunting and business experience, I refined the role, assessed candidates through practical scenarios and examined whether their competence transferred across functions, producing a shortlist with clear strengths and gaps.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A company needed someone who could connect commercial priorities, operational detail and technology, while the initial shortlist had been assessed mainly against job titles.
A sales team that knew the product but misread the conversation.
I reviewed calls and correspondence, identified missed signals and coached the team on discovery, negotiation and follow-up, drawing on nearly 20 years of commercial and client-facing experience across different settings.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A company’s sales conversations focused on features and objections before establishing what mattered to the buyer.
A recurring report built through unnecessary manual work.
I mapped the calculation and review steps, built a small automation, tested its output against the existing process and documented how the team should maintain it.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A team repeatedly copied information between spreadsheets to prepare the same management report.
New hires. Assumed competence. Gaps from day one.
I worked with HR and IT to define role-specific skills checks, integrate them into recruitment and onboarding, and create practical guidance for the tasks that repeatedly required assistance.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A growing business recruited for professional experience but lacked a consistent way to assess the practical digital skills employees needed, leaving colleagues and IT to fill the gaps.
04
For finance companies
Leadership imagery aligned with the institution’s position.
I defined the intended impression, directed clothing, posture and expression, and produced consistent leadership portraits and supporting imagery through Studio FPG.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A financial company’s website, presentations and professional profiles showed inconsistent portraits and conflicting standards of presentation.
A client process stuck between relationship managers, operations and IT.
I mapped the process, identified where information and responsibility broke down and coordinated the correction with the internal owners, drawing on experience across private banking, business analysis and IT support.
MY INVOLVEMENT
Requests moved between teams, information was entered repeatedly and nobody had a complete view of the delay.
Financial knowledge without the right client connection.
I reviewed meeting preparation, communication and professional presence, helped distinguish the financial request from the wider personal context and prepared a more relevant approach to the relationship.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A technically capable relationship manager struggled to connect with a client who felt that their circumstances, priorities and expectations were not understood.
05
For athletes, public figures and clubs
A player who needed support beyond the pitch.
My football background and continued participation informed the planning; I coordinated discussions with the player’s existing representatives and suitable specialists, prepared decisions and managed agreed projects around training, fixtures and travel.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A footballer needed someone who understood the demands of the game and could connect personal, commercial, media and banking matters around the sporting calendar.
A club represented across languages and business contexts.
I prepared the club’s objectives, represented its agreed position in meetings, clarified meaning across the relevant languages and coordinated follow-up with the club’s management and specialist representatives.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A club needed support in discussions with foreign clubs and commercial partners where language, sporting priorities and business expectations overlapped.
A commercial partnership developed around the athlete.
I researched suitable brands, assessed the fit, prepared the commercial proposal and coordinated meetings and production alongside the athlete’s existing representatives.
MY INVOLVEMENT
An athlete wanted to explore brand partnerships that fitted their identity, commitments and ambitions beyond sport.
Public presence prepared for opportunities beyond sport.
I reviewed styling, grooming and public presence, prepared the player for the intended settings and produced portraits and campaign material for those uses.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A player approaching sponsor meetings and commercial appearances needed a presentation that worked beyond training grounds and match coverage.
A sponsorship turned into an executable activation.
I developed a player-led campaign and hospitality concept, coordinated the club, sponsor and participants, and produced visual material for the agreed commercial channels.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A club and sponsor needed a concrete project that gave the partnership value beyond logo placement.
06
For brands and hospitality businesses
A destination campaign combining production and talent.
I developed a player-led campaign and hospitality concept, coordinated the club, sponsor and participants, and produced visual material for the agreed commercial channels.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A hospitality business needed a coherent campaign showing the property through a guest’s experience, with photography, video and suitable talent.
International guests and brand representation handled together.
I prepared around the brand and guest context, represented the business across the relevant languages and coordinated venues, providers and follow-up with the host team.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A brand hosting an event needed someone who could represent it credibly, engage international guests and coordinate the practical details around their experience.
A pet-friendly stay made visible.
I developed and produced a lifestyle shoot featuring Yukie, my Shiba Inu, covering arrival, the room and suitable activities, with photographs and video prepared for the hotel’s agreed channels.
MY INVOLVEMENT
A hotel wanted to show how guests with dogs could experience the property, beyond simply stating that pets were welcome.
RECENT PROJECT
Studio photography and video for a brand.
A four-hour production at Studio FPG, combining photography and video under continuous studio lighting.
I handled the photographic and video capture. The delivery consisted of raw photo and video files.
